Knowledge
Seek knowledge for its light brightens the soul of man;
A single particle of this is like a sun, thus it beautifies the world.
The words of the brilliant souls have brought us to express;
Verily, the parrot gets equipped with words in front of the mirror!
Your today’s toil becomes a treasure that lasts for ages;
Thus it gains trust, and buys hope for the world.
A drop of your knowledge is far more honourable than the treasure of Qaroon;
Verily, this drop joins the flooding river
Watch out! The kingdom without knowledge is like the filthy stove of the
bath!
It is today’s disgrace and tomorrow’s shame!
Be wise in your actions and manly in your words!
Without knowledge, no one is called learned
The claimant without knowledge is less than nothing
Blackmailed in this world and defunct in the world hereafter
If a man goes astray, knowledge shall be his guide and support
It gifts a soul to the dead and resembles Jesus
Thorns of the world are ineffective for the wise and learned
The thorns underneath their feet shall be the fine silk rug
The real kingdom of the world comes with the blessing of knowledge
A man without knowledge shall suffer disgrace abounding.
The blessing of God is on the forehead of the universe
The World! And the reward hereafter shall belong to us!
Hence, knowledge is a scented and rich dress:
It is the beacon light guiding the whole humanity;
Lo! Shafaq!
Seek God in the hearts of the wise and the learned!
It is said : The treasure is found among the ruins.
